Yes. Upload a photo and create a watermarked preview without payment details. A physical portrait is a paid product; you choose and pay for it after approving the artwork.
What if the portrait doesn’t look right?
Review the preview before ordering. You can change styles or request an adjustment in the preview flow. Check your pet’s features, name and crop before you approve.
Will you print the artwork I approved?
Your approved artwork is saved with your order. The chosen size and finish affect its presentation, so check the final product preview as well.
Can I include two pets?
Yes. Choose the two-pet option in the uploader and use one clear photo showing both pets. The extra-pet charge is displayed before you continue.
When will my portrait arrive?
Portraits are made to order after artwork approval. Timing depends on production, your selected format and destination. If you need it for a particular date, contact us before ordering. See our shipping information for details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order details and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and help. Custom-made orders are not generally returnable for a change of mind after approval and production. Read shipping and returns.
